This is a 49 year old mother of 2 who is an operating room nurse. She has seen many surgeons at work, so she knew exactly what to look for when selecting her surgeon. She was most comfortable with Dr. Koneru to correct the appearance of her sagging breasts and help reduce her tummy.

Although Dr. Koneru recommended a Breast Lift, she did not want the scars on her breasts. Dr. Koneru performed Breast Augmentation with Allergan 500 cc High Profile Smooth Silicone Implants. This 39-year-old Nurse was the mother of 5 children. She was not happy with her small droopy breasts or the extra skin of her tummy. She chose Dr. Koneru to perform her surgery after having seen several different surgeons in and out of the hospital. Prior to surgery she was wearing a 38C bra and was a size 12.

Dr. Koneru performed a full Tummy Tuck and repaired a small umbilical hernia at the same time. In addition, he placed 423 cc Allergan Smooth Moderate Profile Silicone implants under her muscles and performed a Breast Lift using the SPAIR technique.

This 33 year old lady was not happy with a Breast Augmentation that had been done in Corpus Christi. Dr. Koneru had operated her step daughter and she asked him to revise her breast surgery. She wanted to have a more natural appearance with larger breasts. She also did not like the appearance of her abdomen after having 2 children via C-section. She was not happy with the C-section scar and the extra tissue that she had hanging.

Dr. Koneru performed a full abdominoplasty and removed her old C-section scar. At the same time he removed her old textured implants that were less than 300 cc and replaced them with 400 cc Allergan Smooth Round Moderate Profile Silicone implants. Since she still had significant ptosis, she also underwent a Breast Lift (mastopexy).

This 37-year mother of 4 from the North Austin area traveled to San Antonio for a Mommy Makeover. She chose to have Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck. Because of her slight droop, the implants were placed in front of the muscle to help give some lift. She chose 550cc High Profile Silicone implants. Her bra size went from a B cup to a D cup. You will notice on some of the photos a fresh incision on her sides. This is where small “dogears” were removed in the office. On approximately 5% of Tummy Tucks, we need to make this small adjustment in the office.

This 36-year-old mother of 4 from San Antonio selected Dr. Koneru to perform her Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation. Preop she had more droop on the left breast than the right and had undergone 3 C-sections. She selected her implant sizes based on our 3D analysis.

She underwent a submuscular Breast Augmentation on the right side with 515cc Ideal Implant filled to 515cc. On the left side, she underwent a Dual Plane 1 Augmentation with 515cc Ideal Implant filled to 525cc. Her bra size has changed from a 36B to a 36C.

She also had a Tummy Tuck with a 10cm wide Rectus Plication or tightening and a TAP Block using Exparel local anesthetic that provided her with 3 days of pain relief.

Her photos are almost 3 years postop and she has lost approximately 9 pounds since surgery.

This 36 year old lady from San Antonio lost approximately 40 pounds following Lap Band Surgery. Despite the weight loss, she was still bothered by large breasts that were droopy. Her Internist referred her to Dr. Koneru for consideration for Breast Reduction Surgery. Her insurance company did approve Breast Reduction surgery and at the same time she chose to undergo a Tummy Tuck.

The Breast Reduction was performed via the SPAIR technique and 276 gm were removed from each breast. 2394 gm were removed with the Tummy Tuck which is approximately 5.3 pounds. She has done quite well and has a nice hourglass shape following the surgery.
