This 36 year old lady from San Antonio lost approximately 40 pounds following Lap Band Surgery. Despite the weight loss, she was still bothered by large breasts that were droopy. Her Internist referred her to Dr. Koneru for consideration for Breast Reduction Surgery. Her insurance company did approve Breast Reduction surgery and at the same time she chose to undergo a Tummy Tuck.The Breast Reduction was performed via the SPAIR technique and 276 gm were removed from each breast. 2394 gm were removed with the Tummy Tuck which is approximately 5.3 pounds. She has done quite well and has a nice hourglass shape following the surgery.
