I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I’m now six weeks post-op from my breast augmentation, and I absolutely love my results. My new boobs look so natural, and they’ve given me so much confidence. From my very first consultation through my recovery, the doctor and the entire staff have been incredibly kind, caring, and professional. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had throughout the process. I truly felt supported and well cared for, and I’m so grateful for the amazing results. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering plastic surgery!

I cannot recommend Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery, Dr. Koneru, and his outstanding staff highly enough. I came to Dr. Koneru as a very complex below-the-knee amputation revision case. While reconstructive surgery is his area of extensive expertise, amputation revisions are not something he routinely performs. Rather than viewing my case as a limitation, he carefully reviewed my imaging and test results, thoroughly examined my residual limb, and developed an innovative reconstructive surgical approach tailored specifically to my situation. He collaborated closely with my orthopedic surgeon to carry out the procedure, and the outcome has exceeded every expectation I had. My recovery has progressed remarkably well, and I have been told I should be walking again in a limited capacity by September—a milestone that once seemed far out of reach. Beyond his exceptional surgical skill, Dr. Koneru has been compassionate, approachable, and genuinely invested in my care. He always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explain my treatment options, and ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The entire team at Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery has been equally impressive. Every appointment started on time, the office runs efficiently, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. If you’re looking for a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who combines technical expertise, innovative thinking, and compassionate patient care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Koneru and the entire team at Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and the life-changing results they helped make possible. Lisa Smith

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From my very first consultation through my follow-up appointments, the entire team was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My surgeon took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my goals, and explained everything thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence in my decision. The results exceeded my expectations and look so natural. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of care I received throughout the entire process. Recovery was exactly as explained, and I always felt supported whenever I had questions or concerns. If you're looking for a talented, compassionate plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about their patients and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend this practice. I'm incredibly grateful for my experience and would absolutely choose them again.

My story is a little different from most. I had to have my right leg amputated below the knee, and before the surgery it was recommended that I try Emsculpt to help strengthen the muscles in my thigh. The goal was to make my recovery smoother and give me the best chance of success when I eventually transitioned to a prosthetic. I completed 6 rounds of Emsculpt in the summer of 2023, had my amputation in September, and I can confidently say that this treatment played a big part in how quickly I recovered. I was up and using my prosthetic before the end of 2023—something I’m incredibly grateful for. I know a lot of people use Emsculpt for aesthetic reasons, which is great, but I’m so thankful someone told me it could help medically too. Thank you to Dr. Koneru and his amazing team for taking such good care of me during those 6 weeks. I’m already planning to come back for a facial and maybe a little Botox. Just know that you truly made a huge difference in my life! PS. Dr. not bad to look at and makes his own SOURDOUGH!!!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The Dr Koneru’s was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff was just as wonderful-friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was organized, helpful, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It's clear that this office truly cares about its patients. I highly recommend this doctor and their amazing team!

I have done multiple treatments here including Coolsculpting, Emsculpt, facials, Microdermabrasion, Botox and filler and most recently a 30% TCA Peel. Dr. Koneru is always professional with a bit of a fun demeanor. He told me the truth and not just what I wanted to hear about reality of needs. I will continue to be a patient for years to come.

I’ve received multiple in office treatments from Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Koneru has done my Botox for the past year and I have loved the results every single time. I have also done a series of Emsculpt treatments on my abdomen and the results are stunning! Dr. Koneru’s expertise, precision and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see him. His staff, Jennifer and Yesenia were helpful with answering all my questions before even coming into the office. 10/10 doctor and staff!

I got my ear lobe fixed after having an earring tear it as a teenager. Great experience and now my ears are pierced again. I couldn’t be happier.
