This is a 49 year old very active lady from the Hill Country area. She was worried about extra skin of her eyelids. She had lost some weight with diet and exercise and wanted to have skin removed from her abdomen as well. So, at the same time that she underwent a mini Tummy Tuck, she underwent removal of the extra skin from all 4 eyelids. Note she does not have a lot of fat or “bags” under her eyes merely skin. Her scars are minimally noticeable.
