This 32 year old mother of 3 from San Antonio desired breast implants to increase her breast volume and make her breasts the same size. She chose saline implants. Note on her preop photos, her right breast was lower than the left and she had a very poorly defined crease on both breasts. After surgery, the creases are much improved and the volume is more equal between the 2 sides. Now she fills a bra the same, but her right side is still lower than the left. This small position difference does not bother her as she has gone from a male appearing chest to a definite female chest.
