This 48 year old lady from San Antonio had lost a massive amount of weight with diet and exercise. Like most massive weight loss (MWL) patients, she was a real challenge. Although she was wearing a 36A bra, her 2 breasts were 2 different cup sizes. She desired to have breasts as large as she did before her weight loss. Due to the amount of droop, Dr. Koneru chose a dual plane placement of her implants. The implants were placed behind the muscle and the breast tissue was released from the underlying muscle. To help correct the volume difference he chose 500 cc high profile implants and filled the larger right side to 540cc and the smaller left to 590cc for better balance.
