This patient came to us ready for a refresh after saline implants placed by another surgeon in 2010 had deflated over time. Seeking restored volume, improved symmetry, and a more confident silhouette, she opted for a breast implant exchange. At 5’7” and 145 lbs, she was an excellent candidate for a fuller enhancement. Her implants were exchanged for Ideal Saline implants, expertly customized for balance—475cc on the right and 495cc on the left.
