This 34 year old mother of 3 desired a breast lift and fat grafting for fullness of her breasts. She was 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 130 pounds. She preferred the fat transfer to implants. In her preoperative photos, you can see that her nipples were abnormally positioned and she had a great deal of droop or breast ptosis. Her postoperative photos show her 6 months after a SPAIR mastopexy which is a short scar breast lift. You will not see any scars under the breast. At the same time, she had fat grafted from her abdomen to her breasts with 50cc placed in the left side and 150cc placed in the right. She is now more symmetrical and lifted with minimal scarring and no implants.
