Had mentor smooth moderate profile plus gel 600cc implants placed in April of 2005 and came into the office due to concerns about increased ptosis and involution of her breasts lower poles. Also seeked improvement for lax skin in her upper abdomen following recent liposuction and residual fat in her lower back. Underwent a breast implant removal and downsized to 400cc.
