This 36-year-old mother of 4 from San Antonio selected Dr. Koneru to perform her Tummy Tuck and Breast Augmentation. Preop she had more droop on the left breast than the right and had undergone 3 C-sections. She selected her implant sizes based on our 3D analysis.
She underwent a submuscular Breast Augmentation on the right side with 515cc Ideal Implant filled to 515cc. On the left side, she underwent a Dual Plane 1 Augmentation with 515cc Ideal Implant filled to 525cc. Her bra size has changed from a 36B to a 36C.
She also had a Tummy Tuck with a 10cm wide Rectus Plication or tightening and a TAP Block using Exparel local anesthetic that provided her with 3 days of pain relief.
Her photos are almost 3 years postop and she has lost approximately 9 pounds since surgery.
