The Ulthera is not a laser, but an ultrasound based device. The ultrasound energy can be focused to different depths and allows me to tighten your facial muscles and skin. Ulthera is great for tightening the décolletage as well as the facial and neck skin. It is not a replacement for a surgical face lift, but it can replace some of the risky laser skin tightening procedures.
